Why I'm doing it

I'm losing weight because there is still weight to lose, and it's due to my unnaturally large and unhealthy eating habits that are off and on. I want to be at the optimal healthy bodyfat% for a male (7-10%) so I can perform my best in everything I do. Also it will help me to learn and understand self-discipline.

How I'm gonna do it

I'm planning to lose weight by doing a lot of swimming and designing my own workout style. I'm an aspiring personal trainer so designing routines is something I know all about. However due to injuries im working very hard to get over I will mostly be focusing on my lower two-thirds except when I'm in the pool.

About me

I'm Josh Lindblom. I'm an athlete and a performer and kind of a nerd about things. I like to sing, dance, play football, rugby, water polo, and I also use to wrestle. I'm a swimmer mostly though. I also really like to take things apart and figure out how they work, and then learn how to fix them. I seem to have a talent figuring out how things work.
