Margaret Manning

In March of 2009, Margaret Manning was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of cancer called Mantle Cell Lymphoma. After looking into many different treatment options, and finding out the poor success rate of traditional chemotherapy treatments for this cancer, the Mannings decided to seek treatment from the Burzynski Clinic in Houston, TX. The medical bills for her treatments are very high. Her medications currently cost over $7,000 a month (after insurance and manufacturer donations). The treatment she is undergoing is working well, and the cancer is shrinking. The Mannings will continue to need financial support as her treatments and medications continue. -
Christian and Stephanie Nielson
Provo, Utah
On Saturday, August 16, 2008, Chistian and Stephanie Nielson were in a nearly fatal, private plane accident near St. Johns, Arizona. Christian and Stephanie remained in critical condition for some time before they could be released. Christian had sustained burns on over 30% of his body and Stephanie's body was burned over 80%. Christian recovered much sooner than Stephanie. It was a miracle that either of them even survived, especially Stephanie. They are now back at home with their 4 children, but the recovery process is not over. Stephanie still has many surgeries to go and much rehabilitation to struggle through, but they are trying to put their lives back together and savor every moment. Even though there have been many donations and benefit events in honor of the Nielsons, there is still much to go in terms of paying for medical bills. They still need our help.
